Second International Conference on Invincible Defense: Establishing a Prevention Wing in the Military of Every Nation to Raise Military Power to Invincibility and Prevent the Birth of an Enemy

For the Creation of a Prevention Wing in the Military and the Establishment of Auxiliary Groups to Improve All Areas of National Life

Whereas, it is the national responsibility of every military force to protect the nation and its people from the threat of invasion, war, and destruction; and military power is only useful if it has the natural ability to prevent the birth of an enemy, and secure the nation in peace generation after generation; and

Whereas, Maharishi's Absolute Theory of Defense offers indomitable strength of invincibility to the military of every nation through the creation of a PREVENTION WING of Yogic Flyers in the military, requiring the training of only a very small part of the nation's military personnel as experts in Maharishi's Vedic Technology of Defense, whose purpose is to prevent war by bringing military power in alliance with the invincible power of Natural Law; and

Whereas, the military leaders of many nations participating in the International Conference on Invincible Defense, have thoroughly studied the scientific principles and research, and the practical experience of the Republic of Mozambique in creating a PREVENTION WING of the military, which substantiates Maharishi's Absolute Theory of Defense, and on this basis, have endorsed the establishment of a PREVENTION WING in the military of every nation; and

Whereas, the creation of a PREVENTION WING in every military offers "victory before war," life in freedom to every individual, an invincible armour of defense for every nation, and, for the whole family of nations, a permanent state of world peace; and

Whereas, it is vital that every nation rise to Invincibility, so that there is no weak point in the family of nations which can threaten the peace and stability of any other nation; and

Whereas, a wise engineer builds a safety factor into a structure, so that even under extremely challenging situations and circumstances, the structure remains completely safe; and

Whereas, this safety factor for the nation will be provided through the addition of groups of Yogic Flyers in agriculture, education, health, prisons and industry; and

Whereas, these auxiliary Yogic Flying groups will further intensify the influence of coherence in collective consciousness created by the PREVENTION WING in the military, and will ensure that even in the most extreme circumstances the nation will remain completely integrated, and impenetrable to negative and damaging influences from abroad;

Therefore, Be It Resolved That:

This conference endorses the call of the First International Conference on Invincible Defense for the establishment of the Cooperation of Military Powers for World Peace through the creation of a PREVENTION WING of Yogic Flyers in the military; and that

The Governments represented in this conference be honoured as the Co-Founders of the Cooperation of Military Powers for World Peace, with Member Nations being those who pledge to immediately create a PREVENTION WING in their military; and that

All Heads of State, Prime Ministers, Foreign Ministers, Defense Ministers, and Military Commanders-in-Chief throughout the world be provided with the Proceedings of the Second International Conference on Invincible Defense as a further inspiration to them to immediately establish a PREVENTION WING in their military; and that

This Conference further calls for sending deputations comprised of military generals and eminent scientists from different countries to offer to government and military leaders throughout the world, Maharishi's formula for Invincibility to Every Nation through the establishment of a PREVENTION WING in the military, and to invite their nations to join the Cooperation of Military Powers for World Peace; and that

Each Member Nation of this Cooperation of Military Powers, including national self-defense forces, be provided with all assistance and necessary expertise from the Department of Supreme Military Science of Maharishi Vedic University, The Netherlands, for the establishment of a PREVENTION WING in their military; and that

Be It Further Resolved That:

This conference strongly encourages every nation to both immediately establish a PREVENTION WING in the military, and simultaneously create many auxiliary groups of Yogic Flyers in all different areas of national life, such as agriculture, education, health, prisons and industry, to provide security and certainty that a truly integrated, invincible national consciousness will be permanently sustained, and that every individual in every nation will enjoy life in freedom, and that every nation will enjoy a permanent state of peace, and rise to live in Heaven on Earth.
