"Invincible Defense" Strategy Welcomed On Capitol Hill

John Hagelin, Ph.D., Peter Salk, M.D., and David Edwards, Ph.D., bring to Capitol Hill the Institute’s Proposal to Prevent Terrorism.

During the past month, Institute director John Hagelin, Ph.D., has continued meeting with Members of Congress and with top leaders at the Pentagon, State Department, and Defense Department to present the Institute's new Proposal to Prevent Terrorism. Dr. Hagelin has been joined at these meetings by Peter Salk, M.D., vice president of the Jonas Salk foundation, and by David Edwards, Ph.D., a highly respected political scientist (see photo)—and the response on Capitol Hill has been very positive.
